Now hiring: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Charles City County, Virginia. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Day to day you will wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service.
