Great opportunity: dish pit attendant (Kebbi State)

Now hiring: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Arewa Dandi, Kebbi State. Day to day you will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends.
