The role involves: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Rotating shifts.
