Argon arc welder • Yabo, Sokoto State

Vacancy available: we are hiring an argon arc welder in Yabo, Sokoto State. You will be based in a stainless steel kitchen-equipment unit. Ideal candidate: • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard You will select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut.
