Powder coating sprayer wanted in Laramie County

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Laramie County, Wyoming. Your main tasks: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Six days a week, one day off.
