Great opportunity: gas appliance installer (England)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gas appliance installer in Oxfordshire, England. You will be based at a busy gas installation company. On the job you will handle: • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser You should have: • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. £16 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
