Rebar fixer • Concordia Parish, Louisiana

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Concordia Parish, Louisiana. You will work on an infrastructure project such as a metro or flyover. On a typical shift you will read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers; assemble column and beam cages on the bench; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust. Requirements: • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
