Powder coater wanted in Malam Maduri

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coater in Malam Maduri, Jigawa State. You will be based in a busy paint shop. What we are looking for: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg On the job you will handle: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness Performance bonus on top of base pay.
