Now hiring: we are hiring a fry cook in Ile Oluji/Okeigbo, Ondo State. The job is at a roadside dhaba. What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Day to day you will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch.
