Floor and wall tile fitter • Clinton County, Ohio

We are recruiting: we are hiring a floor and wall tile fitter in Clinton County, Ohio. The job is at a bathroom renovation job. Your main tasks: • Fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even • Spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles • Mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency • Make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits • Match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls • Cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter Requirements: • Able to read setting-out drawings and tile layouts • Physically fit for kneeling, bending and lifting tile boxes • Skilled with a wet saw, angle grinder and manual cutter Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
