Banquet server wanted in City and Borough of Leeds

We are recruiting: we are hiring a banquet server in City and Borough of Leeds, England. You will work in a five-star hotel. Day to day you will check back during the meal and handle special requests; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; clear and reset tables between covers. You should have: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
