Reinforcement fitter • Kwande, Benue State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a reinforcement fitter in Kwande, Benue State. Your main tasks: • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules Requirements: • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
