Site safety steward wanted in Steuben County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a site safety steward in Steuben County, Indiana. On a typical shift you will check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height. You should have: • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot Six days a week, one day off.
