Safety officer wanted in Caddo Parish

We are recruiting: we are hiring a safety officer in Caddo Parish, Louisiana. The job is in a warehouse and logistics yard. Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate On a typical shift you will run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; update the risk register and method statements (RAMS); record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports.
