Immediate opening: we are hiring a plant operator in Wilkinson County, Mississippi. The job is at a busy manufacturing plant. You should have: • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills On a typical shift you will monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter; carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet; clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
