Refrigeration field service technician • Orange County, Indiana

Join our team: we are hiring a refrigeration field service technician in Orange County, Indiana. You will work in a commercial cold storage facility. Requirements: • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns On the job you will handle: • Check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil • Wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays • Charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight • Recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system • Check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge • Pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture 6+ years on the tools preferred.
