We are recruiting: we are hiring a bodyshop painter in Kent County, Texas. You will be based in a car refinishing workshop. What we are looking for: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Good eye for colour matching and blending Day-to-day duties: • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust Pay around $3,500 per month, based on your experience.
