We are recruiting: commercial refrigeration engineer (Virginia)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a commercial refrigeration engineer in Brunswick County, Virginia. You will be based at a food processing plant. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints The role involves: • Charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight • Trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution • Trace electrical circuits with a multimeter • Install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch • Read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges 3+ years on the tools preferred.
