Fire and safety officer — Morrison County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fire and safety officer in Morrison County, Minnesota. On the job you will handle: • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action You should have: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
