Urgent requirement: we are hiring a deboner in Dorchester County, South Carolina. You will work in a supermarket meat department. Day to day you will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. You should have: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry 5+ years on the tools preferred.
