Vacancy available: we are hiring a countertop fabricator in Monmouthshire, Wales. The role involves work from cutting lists and installation drawings; level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat; cut out sink and hob openings in worktops on site; restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish; polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound. Requirements: • Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy slabs • Able to read measurements, templates and cutting lists • Good eye for joints, levels and overall finish Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
