The role involves mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray. Requirements: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
