Finishing plasterer wanted in Lake County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a finishing plasterer in Lake County, California. You will be based on a busy domestic building site. On the job you will handle: • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming Requirements: • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
