We are recruiting: we are hiring a plant operator in Saint Helena Parish, Louisiana. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills The role involves record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet; key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature; monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
