Great opportunity: shuttering and concrete hand (Texas)

Join our team: we are hiring a shuttering and concrete hand in Nolan County, Texas. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. You will cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing; mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer; lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade; strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
