Sand plant operator wanted in Yellow Medicine County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a sand plant operator in Yellow Medicine County, Minnesota. You will be based at an aluminium die-casting plant. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards Day to day you will cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
