On a typical shift you will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
