Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Hart County, Georgia. On a typical shift you will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts 1+ years on the tools preferred.
