Now hiring: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Van Zandt County, Texas. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays You will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare the mise en place before each service; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks.
