Tiling assistant wanted in Lake and Peninsula Borough

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tiling assistant in Lake and Peninsula Borough, Alaska. Ideal candidate: • Able to work to deadlines on busy sites • Work neatly with minimal tile wastage On a typical shift you will spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles; cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter; grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge; run silicone sealant into corners and expansion joints. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. $220 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
