We are recruiting: we are hiring a captain waiter in Monroe County, Kentucky. The job is in a five-star hotel. The role involves lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift.
