Cnc lathe setter • Cass County, Michigan

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in Cass County, Michigan. On a typical shift you will run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances. You should have: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
