Banksman wanted in Guadalupe County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a banksman in Guadalupe County, New Mexico. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness Your main tasks: • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
