Powder coating operator — Isiala Ngwa North Local Government Area

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Isiala Ngwa North Local Government Area, Abia State. On a typical shift you will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
