Vacancy available: electrical technician (Michigan)

Vacancy available: we are hiring an electrical technician in Leelanau County, Michigan. You will work at a busy electrical contractor. You should have: • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Safe handling of live LV circuits and proper PPE use • Normal colour vision for cable identification Day to day you will size and route cabling to suit the load current and voltage drop; measure voltage, current and load with a multimeter and clamp meter; carry out preventive maintenance on switchgear and busbars; replace faulty switches, sockets and light fittings; test insulation resistance with a megger; dress and terminate wiring inside control panels. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
