Immediate opening: toolroom milling operator (Minnesota)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Norman County, Minnesota. The job is in a die and mould making unit. Requirements: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift Your main tasks: • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter 6+ years on the tools preferred.
