Now hiring: paint and prep technician (Connecticut)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Greater Bridgeport Planning Region, Connecticut. You will be based in an automotive paint and panel workshop. You will mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Able to read and match factory paint codes Full-time with occasional weekends.
