Immediate opening: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in Bibb County, Georgia. Requirements: • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work Your main tasks: • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables Full-time, day shift.
