Immediate opening: we are hiring a lift erector in Franklin County, Kansas. Day to day you will top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox. Ideal candidate: • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces Full-time with occasional weekends.
