Now hiring: we are hiring a gatehouse guard in Buncombe County, North Carolina. You will work at a hotel entrance. Requirements: • Valid PSARA / security guard licence • Clean police verification with no criminal record Day to day you will operate the metal detector and hand-held scanner at the door; operate the boom barrier and check vehicles in and out; hand over the duty register and brief the next shift at handover; respond to intrusion alarms and panic alerts; write up incident reports after any disturbance; man the reception desk and direct visitors to the right block.
