Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Greene County, Arkansas. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler On a typical shift you will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; season and marinate meat on request; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
