Line cook • Bamberg County, South Carolina

Join our team: we are hiring a line cook in Bamberg County, South Carolina. Day to day you will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare the mise en place before each service; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking 6+ years on the tools preferred. Meals and transport allowance provided.
