Requirements: • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel On a typical shift you will patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster; float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat; apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls.
