Site safety steward wanted in Chatham County

Now hiring: we are hiring a site safety steward in Chatham County, North Carolina. You will work on a high-rise building project. Your main tasks: • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot Rotating shifts.
