Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Day to day you will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer.
