Join our team: we are hiring a reinforcement steel fixer in Monroe County, New York. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates On the job you will handle: • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat 5+ years on the tools preferred. $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
