Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Oliver County, North Dakota. You will be based in a catering unit. The role involves hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure 4+ years on the tools preferred.
