Gtaw welder wanted in Castro County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gtaw welder in Castro County, Texas. Day-to-day duties: • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal Ideal candidate: • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
