Powder coating sprayer • Caroline County, Maryland

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Caroline County, Maryland. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens On the job you will handle: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well 6+ years on the tools preferred.
