Great opportunity: hydraulic press operator (Kansas)

Join our team: we are hiring a hydraulic press operator in Rice County, Kansas. The job is in a sheet metal stamping unit. Ideal candidate: • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Day-to-day duties: • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
